Mission & Vision

We’re on a mission to help health plans surface improper payments, supercharge workflows and strengthen compliance—with speed, precision, and confidence.

The U.S. healthcare system loses over $145 billion each year to fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). But the damage goes deeper than dollars.

System bloat drives inflated bills, poorer care and exhausting red tape—while patients are left navigating a system that feels broken, impersonal and deeply unfair.

Despite billions spent on prevention, most tools remain fragmented, reactive and out of touch with how investigations actually happen.

The result? Special Investigative Units (SIU), Payment Integrity, and Compliance teams are overwhelmed—while leakage, noncompliance, and patient frustration compound.

We built Lucor to change that.

We’re creating explainable, adaptive AI that empowers the people on the front lines—helping investigators move faster, work smarter, and drive systemic change from the inside out.

Our long-term vision: To build the modern infrastructure for healthcare payment integrity. Starting with post-pay investigations, we’re scaling toward real-time Verification-as-a-Service—a future where every claim is validated, every rule enforced, and patients no longer bear the cost of systemic inefficiency.

Our Values

Integrity.png
Integrity Over Everything

We speak the truth, even when it’s inconvenient. We build trust through transparency, defensibility, and follow-through. We may be "awkwardly earnest," but we've got your back.

Speed.png
Speed with Substance

We move fast—but never at the expense of quality, security, or patient impact. Depth and velocity can (and must) coexist.

Solve What Matters.png

Solve What Matters

We take on complex, high-friction problems others avoid—because that’s where the real impact lives. We don’t chase hype. We solve what’s hard.

Explainability.png
Explain Everything

No black-box AI. Every flag, every insight, every decision must be clear and defensible. We think deeply about the long-term effects of our actions.

Built With.png
Built With (Not For)

We co-develop with investigators, not in isolation. Real-world users shape everything we build.

Outcome.png
Own the Outcome

We build to drive measurable outcomes. If it doesn’t move the needle, it doesn’t ship.

Built With Purpose

Lucor isn’t just about fixing broken systems—it’s about doing it the right way.

Our founding team is committed to giving back 50%+ of personal proceeds through the Founder's Pledge to support effective, high-impact causes.
